On April 4, 2022, NFFC joined more than 160 organizations raising concerns to the president and to Congress regarding the proposed rescission of $1.65 billion from USDA American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act and USDA Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act funds to pay for continued management of the COVID-19 pandemic.
