Meg (she/her) spent the early part of her career building a district-wide Farm to School and school garden program in Gloucester, MA, after two terms as a FoodCorps service member. She holds a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Massachusetts Boston and is commited to equitable food and land policy. Her research was focused on racial disparity in land ownership, rural progressive activism, and the growing sector of queer farmers and food producers. She hopes to learn more about the strength of coalition work in building a policy framework to support food sovereignty.
