Cindy is NFFC’s Operations Director. She brings more than a decade of experience in administrative, HR, and financial operations supporting mission-driven organizations. Before joining NFFC, Cindy spent several years in the agriculture sector, supporting office operations and developing a strong appreciation for the systems that keep farms and agricultural organizations running smoothly. Cindy also has experience in the medical field, working in fast-paced, highly regulated environments. She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management, which informs her approach to organizational systems, compliance, and team support. Prior to joining NFFC, she held roles focused on operations, payroll, and financial management, helping organizations strengthen their internal processes and day-to-day operations.
