Cindy Ferrier (she/her) has over ten years of experience supporting organizations through administrative, HR, and financial work. Before joining NFFC, she spent five years in the agriculture field, supporting office operations and gaining an appreciation for the behind-the-scenes systems that keep farms and ag organizations running. She has also worked in the medical field, gaining experience in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
Cindy holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and provides executive and operational support at NFFC, with a focus on payroll, financial record-keeping, and making everyday processes run smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys reading world history novels, and spending time with her family
