Kaptur defends GIPSA, farmers, and ranchers in Appropriations debate

Please watch the House Appropriations debates last week over Representative Kaptur’s amendments to strike language from the GIPSA rider. Current language prevents the GIPSA administration from protecting farmers and ranchers against retaliation, anti-competitive practices, and abusive contracts.
